Please make sure your email includes your username so we can refresh the account. This usually fixes the issue. If it does not fix the problem, you most likely need a VPN (for example, IPVanish or Nord VPN). Make sure you are typing in the correct username & password combination. You can add up to 5 MAC addresses in your account by going to http://vaders.tv, clicking account preferences, then scrolling to the bottom. NOTE: If you add 5 MAC addresses, you will not be able to use other devices because you will be at the max device limit. A max of 4 addresses is recommended.

Things that can cause buffering: a slow internet connection (test at http://speedtest.net), a slow device that is hogging memory, your provider throttling Vader Streams (fix by using a VPN), being connected to a slow server in Vader Streams (fix by going into the Vader settings menu, click server, then choose a server close to you).

Enable categories: Go into Vader Streams app/web player, click Settings/Preferences, click Enabled Categories, then enable the check box for the category you would like to enable.

You can renew your account by going to http://vaderstream.shop/products and purchasing any account extension package. Renewals extend your account. For example, if you have 10 days left and purchase a 1 month renewal, you now have 1 month and 10 days on your account.

You can use your account on up to 5 devices and 3 IP addresses at the same time. The devices/IP addresses are not locked. You can use different devices as long as you don’t stream on more than 5 at a time.

Due to heavy load, accounts can take up to 24 hours to be processed. This is usually quicker. You should get a 2nd email when your order is complete. If you do not, please check your junk mail. If you get no email at all after 24 hours, email support@vaders.store for assistance.
